cel phone service...

You really don't know how much you use something, until you don't have it. My cel phone service is wishy washy today. At&t tells my husband that they have a tower down in our area, but our phones "should be" using the 2nd tower in the area. Well... the phones are making calls. And the down side... I just paid the bill last night, completely. I am normally a few days past due, no late fees... but past due. I just pay it when I think about it.
Of course, pay it on time and I guess I shocked the service. LOL
Guess it's time to try and not think about what I would do in an emergency, without a phone... and go curl up in a blanket and read. :)

We have Verizon and love it. We've had it since Cory was about 2. We tried another service when our contract was up a couple of years ago and went right back to Verizon after only 3 days.

Our phone is fixed now. The issue was the cel tower that we use is not owned by At&t (our service carrier).
When that tower went down, at&t also had to request it be fixed. The other company (who knows who) had to do the fixing. We called At&t enough to get them to contact the other carrier and get it going again. UGH!
We have tried both verizon, who then left a bill "never paid" on our credit report. WE PAID it off before turning off their service. Morons!! Then we also had T-mobile, I got the account for my sil who wasn't quite 18 at the time. She now has the phone and took the contract. Only issue for her is if they come to my area. The live in NE portland and have no issues unless they come near Clackamas TC. LOL
We are also in a dead area for getting any internet except Comcast and dial-up. That bites too!
