This past week was my first week working full-time, other than seasonal work, since I was in high school. It is crazy how fast time flies at work when you enjoy your job. The odd thing is how much of the day I feel is taken up by work now. I really feel the need to get organized. My usual style of "housework whenever" and "I can get it done in a little bit", just isn't going to cut it. Sean is being wonderful with helping with housework. SHOCKING!! I tell you!! I know he was stressed out about $$, but I don't think I realized just how much.
Anyhoo... we are continuing to get school shopping completed. We have family birthday parties coming in huge numbers! The season of birthdays is just winding up for my immediate family too. I have Meghan in Oct, me in Nov, Sean in Dec, Christmas, Jarod in Jan, & Jordan in Feb. I love and hate this time of year.
I really hope to enjoy gift giving this year. I enjoyed it last year, and have really worked on getting the kids involved in the process of holiday gift giving.
Anyone else starting to think about the seasons changing and all that it brings? I am struggling with getting my garden to ripen and finish its growth, before fall comes any closer. I am also SO EXCITED to think about the fall colors coming around the corner. Oh, to walk to the bus stop with the kids... coffee in hand, leaves changing color and crunching beneath our feet. Yeah!!! My favorite season will SOON be here!! :)

Boy we are thinking a lot alike these days. Organizing and keeping the house up better is on the top of my list. I too love fall. :)
I don't really know why, except all the things you described but winter is just after fall; cold and gloomy days with no sun. :(
No flowers in my yard either.
Oh well, after winter is spring! yea!
Ha ha ha, I was trying to hurry and made a type O, it should have said..."I really don't know why"
