I made the frosting a bit more stiff than I normally would, because I feared the heat of my hand and in the store would thin it. Well... it didn't thin. It remained quite stiff. It made my hand shake to pipe it from the bag. Several people stopped to ask "Is it edible?" and "Are you decorating a cake?". Two people stopped to inquire about our classes. All in all, I think a pretty good demo was done. :)
Tomorrow I go back to really "Working" in the store. :)
